Find quick answers about experience level, what to bring, and how the first class process will work once the launch timeline is confirmed.

Waitlist updates

Join the waitlist if you want opening news, class announcements, and the next steps as soon as the first launch classes are ready.

Do I need experience to start?

No. Last Round is being built for beginners as well as experienced students, and the launch classes are designed to help first-timers start without feeling lost.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

We will send opening updates, planned class information, and the next steps for getting started as the launch gets closer. You can also use the contact form if you have a specific question before then.

What should I bring when classes open?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing, bring water, and arrive a few minutes early. We will tell you exactly what to bring for your program before your first class.

Will you have classes for kids, teens, and adults?

Yes. The launch plan includes Kids I, Kids II, adult no-gi and gi BJJ fundamentals, and Kickboxing Fundamentals, with MMA and Competition Team offerings being announced as the schedule expands.

What will a beginner class feel like?

Expect a clean mat space, a coached warm-up, clear instruction, partner drilling, and controlled live practice only when it fits the level of the class.

Is live training or sparring required right away?

No. Live work is introduced thoughtfully, with control and coaching, and only when it makes sense for the student and the class level.
